Over five weeks, students build the core skills that set them up for success in Algebra I, including:

  • Order of operations

  • Solving one- and two-step equations

  • Word problems and problem-solving strategies

  • Fractions, decimals, and percent

  • Variables and algebraic expressions

  • Graphing on the coordinate plane
